  • We ask that you are on time for your appointments. Please let us know if you are running behind. If you are more than 10 min late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and will be subject to our cancellation fee.

You may email, text or physically present your insurance card at or prior to your appointment. We will bill your insurance company for charges incurred at our clinic.

Please note some insurance companies are restrictive in the chiropractic care they authorize. Depending on your plan, services may range from fully covered to partially or non-covered.

If your insurance deems a service as non-covered, you will be responsible for the balance and you expressly agree to pay for such non-covered services.

We may ask you to fill out outcome assessments during your course of care with us. These outcome assessments are simple questionnaires that help us establish your goals and track your progress. Sometimes they are required by some insurance companies in order to be covered.

We accept cash, check and all major credits as well as HSA and FSA cards.

We request a credit card to keep on file for all new clients that may be used to cover any balance due.

At check in, your credit card information will be obtained and kept securely until your insurance(s) have paid their portion and notifies us of the balance due, if any. At that time, you will be sent a notice that summarizes the amounts that were transferred to you by your insurance company, which will be billed to your credit card within 30 days. These transferred amounts are outlined in the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that is mailed to you by your insurance company.

Your ability to dispute a charge or question your insurance company’s determination of payment will remain unchanged.

  • A missed appointment prevents us from scheduling another person that could benefit from treatment. We schedule individual time with each person which allows us to deliver the quality, personal care that everyone deserves. We understand that things happen, schedules change and pets eat homework. We ask that you provide us with at least 24h notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Failure to provide at least 24h notice will incur a $50 missed appointment fee. Cancellation of initial consultations under 24h are subject to a $100 missed appointment fee.

In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration will be given and a one-time exception may be granted.

  • If you had close contact with a person with COVID but are asymptomatic, you may still come to your appointment if you have a negative test within 24h of your appointment.

If you are symptomatic the day of your appointment or had close contact without a negative test or if you have tested positive in the last 24h, please stay home.

Our cancellation fee will still apply if you cancel under 24h. We are typically unable to fill your slot so we ask that if you cannot pay the full fee, please pay what you can to help us offset the cost of the missed appointment.

  • For your initial consultation, and typical follow ups we recommend wearing something that is comfortable and that allows you to move freely in. Think of it less like a doctor’s office, and more of a gym or yoga studio. We are looking at how you move, so shorts, joggers, yoga pants, tee-shirts, sports bras are recommended.

  • Congratulations on take your health to the next level. We are excited to be your guide and partner in your health journey.

At your initial consultation, wear something comfortable (covered in the above section) and be ready to share your story. This is the most important part and takes the bulk of the 60 min visit. Once your needs and goals have been identified, it’s time to move. Dr. Miles will be taking a physical inventory, looking at how your body moves as a whole before zeroing in on your specific complaint. This consists of performing tasks like walking, squatting, lunging, jumping and crawling. This establishes a baseline to better address your needs. The typical orthopedic, neurologic tests are performed and then we discuss our findings and a plan.

  • These are typically 30 min, designed to serve your goals and 1:1 with Dr. Miles.

Again, wear something comfortable and be ready to move. Sessions are based on an individuals needs, and usually consist of manual therapies like soft tissue work and chiropractic manipulation, tools to help manage pain, self care development and strength training.
